The British High Commissioner, Rob Fenn has launched a project, entitled "Digital scrapbook for Bruneian students in the UK." The project was launched when he hosted the breaking of the fast orSungkai for about twenty Chevening scholars and students who have been to or are studying in the UK.
The project is to let Bruneian students share their experiences living in the UK. The format could be either on a video, audio or images which will be compiled in a page in the 'UK in Brunei' website. Assisted with the help of Muhammad Reeda Haji Abdul Malik, the project will run from six to nine months. Those who are interested to join can contact the High Commission at: brithc@brunet.bn or via the High Commission's Facebook fan page at: www.facebook.com/ukinbrunei. Among the students present during the launching ceremony is BDSSW representative, Alinayati Haji Perudin former BDSSW president.
